Chocolate stuffed figs

These are addictive! From a small village in Extremadura, in Caceres, called Almoharín, these tender young figs are stuffed with a blend of dark chocolate and brandy liqueur; then they are hand-dipped in a wonderful rich dark chocolate.

The wonderfully creamy, rich chocolate is nicely accented by the delicate flavor of the fig. One of the things you NEED to try!!
