Damaged Goods and Product Returns
Secure and safe packaging is used to transport all products. In the event that any products should arrived in bad conditions or damaged is responsibility of the customer to notify wineandtapas.com. This should be done within 5 to 7 working days so that actions can be taken to inspect the damaged goods and if applicable to offer a refund or to replace the damaged merchandise.
The Buyer undertakes to verbally notify the Vendor and carrier within two working days of any claims of shortage, pilferage, breaking or other non-delivery, followed by a claim in writing within seven working days. Claims outside there terms will not be entertained. Any defective goods must be made available for inspection by the vendor, on request.
Missing Products and Wrong Orders
The Buyer undertakes to contact Wineandtapas.com within two working days of any delays in order to search for the parcel.
If a product is missing, the buyer should write on the missing product on the delivery slip and contact Wineandtapas.com within 48 hours. If a wrong order has been received, the price of the order will be refunded
