Artisan Iberian Pig Pate

This is an honest artisan pate, produced in a very natural way with Iberian pigs raised in Salamanca raised on acorns.

You will be able to taste the unmistakable flavour of the Iberian pigs when you have it. Made with 50% livers and 50% bacon, the concentration of flavour is explosive, complemented by a touch of black pepper, nutmeg, salt and white wine. Just beautiful.

Great as a tapa or canape, just spread it on toast or crackers and you will love it. Can be served alone or with a little onion confit ontop.
