We have stuffed the tenderest and the thickest Navarran asparagus one by one with a delicate Foie de Canard cream. To do this, first we "remove" the heart of the asparagus and once stuffed, we wrap it in a spinach leaf. This is a completely homemade effort whose final touch is a delicious sauce made from Foie. The combination is flavorful, but balanced, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of all of its ingredients.
