Free range Chicken with Almond Sauce

This dish has been prepared following a traditonal recipe that is 100% artisan in its methods. Cooked slowly with extra virgin olive oil, the sauce is a blend of almonds, toasted breadcrumbs, water, garlic and salt.

These chickens are fed only corn and they are raised more like it was before: with more liberty, they are left to run around the farm and exercise instead of being confined in a fattening plant 24hs a day.

This less commercial way makes the chicken take longer to reach its size but the final result is more flavour, less fat and better meat.

An amazing dish with a wonderful taste. Just open the tin, heat the contents and enjoy!!
