Green Tomato Preserve

Another of our favourites jams: this green tomato preserve is literally made by hand with selected tomatoes cooked in bronze pots by the artisans of La Cuna.

Angel and Cristina -chefs & owners- add pure cane sugar, a dash of lemon juice and nothing else. No pectin. The secret in this preserve is the high percentage of fruit (over 75%) that complements the flavour wonderfully.

As simple as it gets, real artisan food for real food lovers!!!

Ingredients: tomato, sugar and lemon juice.
