The best deep sea cod fish is the main ingredient of the stuffing for these Piquillo peppers that have been hand peeled without water, as demanded by tradition, and roasted over beech wood to produce that flavour which is characteristic of all rosara Piquillo peppers. Shrimp round out the stuffing all blended in a smooth white sauce. The whole thing then is drenched in a Spanish sauce, but with one variation: we have added Piquillo pepper to make it more appropriate for this combination.

Piquillo peppers stuffed with cod fish come in easy-open tins containing five units each. These are authentic peppers that you need only heat and serve.
